Events & Workshops

  • Berkeley, CA: On Sunday, May 31, 11:00 am PT, I'll be at the 12th annual Bay Area Book Festival as part of a panel called "Restorative Resistance: Flow, Yoga, and Meditation -- moderated by Kei Yamamoto, and featuring Ronald E. Purser (Mind Space) and Anjali Rao (Yoga as Embodied Resistance). Together, we'll explore how our inner states affect outer action; and how we can not only not burn out in our activism and healing work, but thrive and create ourselves anew amid the crises.

Online, Oct 7 - Nov 18, 2026: Join me for a pilot series to explore the seven steps to live and heal in greater flow. One step each week. Guidance into simple qigong methods for all levels and all unique bodies, with coaching to apply the methods toward everyday ebbs and flows.

The Medicine of Flow book is not mandatory, but strongly recommended to support your inner reflections and flow practice during the week (you can check your local library too). I will be drawing regular content from it.
